OpenArabia ("we", "us") is an accounting, compliance and CFO services firm. 2. Information we collect

• Information you give us — when you fill our website enquiry form, contact us by email or WhatsApp, book a meeting, or download a resource: typically your name, company, phone number, email address and the details of your enquiry.
• Lead information from Meta — if you respond to one of our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram (including Instant Forms and click-to-WhatsApp ads), we receive the contact details you submit there, in accordance with Meta's terms and your Meta settings.
• Technical information — like most websites, standard log data (IP address, browser and device type, pages visited) and, where enabled, cookies or similar technologies used by analytics and advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide, quote for, and deliver our services.
• To communicate with you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your request.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (for example, understanding which ads led to enquiries).
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to an accounting firm in Saudi Arabia.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — such as Meta Platforms (advertising and lead delivery), Google (email, forms, analytics and file hosting), Zoho (business systems), and WhatsApp (messaging) — each under their own privacy terms, and with authorities where the law requires it. Client engagement information is handled under our engagement terms and professional confidentiality.

5. Retention

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping. Information connected to a client engagement is retained as required by Saudi regulatory and tax record-keeping rules.

6. Your rights

In line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and other applicable laws, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you for marketing, by writing to info@openarabia.co. To opt out of ad tracking, you can also adjust your Meta ad preferences and browser cookie settings.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the website form.

8. Children

Our services and advertising are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
